CONTRACT FOR SALE OF FURNITURE (EXPAMLE)
PARTIES:
This Sale Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this _ day of __, 2023, by and between:

   (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”)

   (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”)
   RECITALS:
   WHEREAS, Seller is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling furniture;
   WHEREAS, Buyer desires to purchase furniture from Seller under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement;
   NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained, the parties agree as follows:
   1. DEFINITIONS
   For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
   a. “Furniture” refers to the items listed in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
   b. “Delivery” means the transfer of possession of the Furniture from Seller to Buyer.
   2. TERMS OF SALE
   a. Seller agrees to sell, and Buyer agrees to buy, the Furniture as specified in Exhibit A.
   b. The total purchase price for the Furniture shall be [Insert Amount] USD, excluding taxes and shipment costs.
   3. PAYMENT TERMS
   a. Buyer shall pay Seller a deposit of [Insert Amount] USD upon signing this Agreement.
   b. The remaining balance shall be paid in full prior to delivery of the Furniture.

   6. INSPECTION
   Buyer shall have the right to inspect the Furniture upon delivery. If the Furniture fails to conform to the specifications, Buyer may reject the Furniture, and Seller will either replace the nonconforming Furniture or refund the purchase price upon return of the Furniture.
   7. WARRANTIES
   Seller warrants that the Furniture is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of [Insert Warranty Period]. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.
   8. GOVERNING LAW
